* Pricing in Euros. Euros or GBP Sterling accepted, by bank to bank transfer, wire/electronic transfer, internet banking or a visit to the nearest bank branch.

*To reserve the booking a deposit of 25% is required. To confirm the reservation, the balance is due at least 2 months before commencement of the visit. As it is often the case that we would have turned away subsequent applicants, payment is non-refundable.
*A security, cleaning and breakage deposit of 150 Euros is required when you arrive for the start of your visit. With the house and contents left intact, as orderly and clean as on your arrival, this deposit is returned.
*Broadband, wireless, internet connectivity, is available. Keep in mind, we are in the countryside, too many kilometres from the ADSL exchange/junction for viewing high quality cinema releases. Bring DVDs!
* Our changeover day is Saturday (unless otherwise agreed), with the accommodation available for arrivals as of 17:00/5:00pm, and vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
*The houses are for self-catering visitors. Although, at your request, we will loan you a set of clean bed linen and bath towels, normally at no extra charge. You will need to supply your own towels for poolside and the beach. In the case of failure of amenities or appliances, they will be repaired or replaced as quickly as it is possible to so do at the time of year. Visits, reservations, safety and use of amenities are undertaken wholly at your risk and liability as the person arranging for your party's visit.
* Please note that also included in the price are fosse septique friendly toilet paper rolls. Therefore, no need to "bring your own".
*We reserve the privilege of "upgrading" choice of accommodation, at our discretion and at no extra cost for you, when we feel it is to your advantage.
*And, when possible we offer you whatever fresh fruits and vegetables our potager, vegetable garden, and orchard can provide.
*We have no facilities for pets; no outdoor barriers between our properties and that of our farming neighbours, for example. Our neighbours do not permit pets on their property. Guests' allergies are the cause of concern in regards to other people's pets, in general. Smoking is permitted out of doors with due consideration for others and the grounds.

**Visitors are welcome to use our resident bicycles, on a non-exclusive, self-maintenance, bike-pool basis - gratis.

**In the interest of our environment and issues green, *the sheets (draps), duvet covers (housses de couette) and pillowcases (taies d'oreiller) are hang dried in the fresh air instead of tumble dried and ironed.
